Dr. Roger Chou — Taiwan's International Agile Ambassador, one of only 244 Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) worldwide, and newly elected to the global Scrum Alliance board — pinpoints the root of the problem: "Agile rarely gets stuck with the engineers." "Just as coding is no longer only an engineer's job in the AI era," he says, "executives are now using AI to make decisions too.
